  • Thanks for stopping by! I'm Heather, and that's me on the left, sippin' a coke on the beach with my new husband. This is my new blog. You can still see my old blog here. I am a natural light photographer + graphic artist based out of Conroe, Texas. I currently specialize in birth, newborn, children, family + wedding portraiture; but never have a problem venturing out to something new. I have a modern + fun style, and {LOVE} to capture those unexpected moments. This is a place where I share both my professional and personal photographs as well as my thoughts and words - so feel free to comment!

Eli Carter – The Woodlands Newborn Photographer

Meet Eli Carter Wong! He finally made it in the world in January:)You may remember his parents whom I photographed back in December, Desiree + Sam. They are such a sweet couple, that I KNOW are going to be amazing parents to little baby Eli. Isn’t he a doll? Congrats you two!!!

Sam, Desiree + Baby E

This might be one of my favorite couples. Not only did I get the privilege to photograph their beautiful wedding in Hawaii a few years back, but they are also one of my sister’s best friends and they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. You guys are going to be wonderful parents, and I cannot WAIT to meet baby Eli!:)

Yay!!! I love them all! Thank you, thank you, thank you, you did an awesome job! Makes me even more excited to see Baby Eli’s soon! :)

Jaime + Kara – Santa Rosa Beach Wedding

I had the priviledge of photographing Jaime and Kara’s gorgeous wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, FL – back in August. They are the sweetest couple you will ever meet! Kara is an AMAZING stylist, and owns her own salon in Conroe called Beehives & Bowties. She does my hair (of course) and also did MY wedding back in November – see here! I have actually known this family a long time. I used to work with Kara’s mom a loooooooong time ago back in highschool at my first job, The Pizza Shack.

The weather started out a bit drizzly, but it stopped just in time (literally) for the ceremony to take place, so these two love birds could get married! Can everyone agree with me that Kara is the most gorgeous bride you have ever seen?! I had so much fun with these two. Thank you Jaime and Kara for letting me be a part of your special day.

More pictures to follow:)

I cannot thank you enough, Heather, for coming to Florida and capturing our special day!!

Travis + Donna / The Inn Above Onion Creek – Part I

There is so much I could write about this wedding, and there are SO many pictures I wish I could post! {If only I had the time!} Donna has the same type of style in decorating as I do, so I was in photography Heaven at this event. Travis and Donna met 6 years ago through a mutual friend, and have been together ever since. Their proposal was one like no other {and of course I thought MINE was good}. They traveled to Italy on an Italian cruise {yes, ITALY} and spent their last day on a small island outside of Spain, biking and touring the city. Aparently Travis accidentally took Donna to a nude beach {sorry, I had to mention that part} And then on a small hike, up a cliff overlooking the sea, and that is where he popped the question. So romantic!! I had so much fun photographing these two and being a part of their special day.

A HUGE thank you to Kaci with Sweet Southern Style Photography for helping me out, and being my second shooter! I couldn’t have done it without all your help!:)

Long story short, as Kaci and I were driving back to Houston we frantically realized that we never took a picture of the entrance. LUCKILY my BFF with Hanna Mac Photography lives right around the corner from the inn and took this AWESOME shot for me! Thanks Johanna!

Stay tuned for Part II!:)

Hello,
I messaged you on FB but I figured I should try here as well. What do your wedding packages include and what are the costs?

Thank you,
